How to Track Your Parcel

To track your parcel, you will need either:

 

Track from your email

  1. Open your email with the subject Your order has been shipped from HC-CARGO Shipments that confirms your item has been despatched
  2. Search for the tracking number link - highlighted below in the green area
  3. Click the link to be taken to the couriers website where your parcel will be tracked
  4. You can also see your carrier name and the service you selected - highlighted below in the yellow area

Dear customer,

Your can trace the shipment by clicking the shipment No. link.

Online Invoice Page

  1. While logged in, from User Profile at the top of the screen, select Invoices
  2. Set the date range and click Find
  3. Locate the order you want to track from the list, and click the Tracking link
    Click the tracking link on the order you would like to track

 

Track using your invoice

  1. Open your invoice. You should have received a copy of this by email, but you can also download your invoices online.
  2. In the top centre of the invoice, locate Mode of delivery which will tell you the carrier and service that you selected at checkout - highlighted here in yellow
  3. At the top right hand side of your invoice, search for the Tracking number highlighted here in green

  4. Enter your tracking number into the courier's tracking service to see the progress of your parcel
    • Please note: If you used UK Mail, you will need to remove the first few digits (AZE2 9) of the tracking number on your invoice.
